Plotinus said its treasury share stock fell to 10,192 shares or 3.59% of registered capital, after the transaction.

The transaction was worth about HUF 38 million, Econews calculated. Total turnover of the shares came to HUF 108 million on Wednesday. On Tuesday, the first day the shares floated, Plotinus said it sold 110,000 treasury shares at an average price of HUF 1,539 per share. Plotinus said after the sale it wishes to sell more treasury shares on the bourse and, depending on investor demand, could raise capital in a public offering and/or private placement before the end of the year. Plotinus floated 256,756 treasury shares with a nominal value of HUF 250 apiece on the BSE on Tuesday.

In addition to the ordinary shares to be floated, Plotinus has 26,739 voting preference shares and 200 dividend preference shares.

Plotinus has investments in Hungarian and foreign money and capital markets, but it also owns other assets, chairman Viktor Zsiday told MTI earlier.Plotinus’s home page shows it held 10,000 shares of alternative energy company PannErgy, 6,707 shares of business park operator Graphisoft Park, 2,000 shares of Danubius Hotels and 11,182 preference shares of holding company Forras at the end of November 2010. It also holds a two-thirds stake in a spinal clinic in Budapest.  Plotinus had net assets of HUF 414 million at the end of November. Plotinus shares closed up 2.64% to HUF 1,630 on Wednesday.
