Microsec wins contract from German motorway operator
Hungarian IT company Microsec on Thursday said it signed a contract to supply Germany's state-owned motorway operator Die Autobahn with message security services for its cooperative intelligent transport system (C-ITS), according to a report by state news wire MTI.
Microsec will supply the vehicle-to everything (V2X) public key infrastructure (PKI) for the C-ITS for a period of at least four years.
Die Autobahn estimated the net value of the contract was EUR 825,000 in the tender posted on the European Union's public procurement platform in the summer of 2021.
Microsec had revenue of HUF 2.7 bln in 2020, public records show.
