HomeSys Media integrates Chest Belt — I-QRS’s Chest Belt telemedicine system — into its hybrid television platform. With the signing of the contract, the two companies created all conditions of the joint international market launch, Hybridbox said.
Hybridbox also announced on Tuesday evening that it had acquired a 17.65% stake in Cyprus-based Elamedim Limited.
Shares of Hybridbox, which is a B-category issuer at the Budapest Stock Exchange, were down 6.75% at HUF 304 on a turnover of HUF 16.4 million at 9:30 a.m. on Wednesday.
