Local investors accounted for 65% of transactions, up from 54% a year earlier and the highest share recorded in recent years.

Deloitte recorded 22 closed transactions in the IT sector, 12 in the financial sector and 10 in the consumer sector. The number of transactions in the energy sector fell to four from 16 in 2024.

The value of transactions in the energy sector jumped 60%, while transaction value in the financial sector rose 25%.

Zsolt Vajda, a partner at Deloitte Central Europe, said improving financing conditions, the gradually easing interest rate environment and structural trends had created a favorable basis for growth in transaction activity.
