Concorde, based in Budapest, boosted its holding to 566,506 shares in Graphisoft on January 4, Concorde said today in a statement in the stock exchange newsletter. The stake is valued at Ft 1.3 billion ($6.4 million), based on that day’s closing price. Munich-based Nemetschek bought 54.6% of Graphisoft for €51.8 million ($68.6 million), it said in a statement on December 31. The German company now has 15 days to make an offer for the shares it doesn’t own. (Bloomberg)
