Property investments of about €283 million were made in Hungary in the first half of the year, estimates real estate broker Colliers International.

István LeRiche, investment director for Colliers’ Budapest office, said property investments could reach €600 million for the full year in 2011. The estimate is a conservative one, he added.

Annual yields on good quality office or retail investment property are stagnating at 7.5-8% and are not expected to improve quickly, LeRiche said.
