Li Junyan has been appointed CFO of Hungarian chemicals company BorsodChem, effective May 18, BorsodChem said on Monday.
The appointment is part of BorsodChem’s integration with China’s Wanhua group, which acquired a 96% stake in the company in January.
Li Junyan replaces Viktor Katona.
