Slovenia’s jobless total declined by 1.1% in April compared to the previous month, and the number of the registered unemployed dropped to 121,332, according to a statement by the Employment Service on Wednesday. However, the figure is still 11.2% higher than in the same month a year ago, the Ljubljana-based agency said. In the first four months of the year just over 39,000 registered as unemployed, up 21% year-on-year, while 35,810 deregistered, of which 23,500 got jobs, it said.
