OTP Bank has raised the registered capital of its Slovak unit OTP Banka Slovensko by €10,019,496 to €78,507,897.84 based on the share subscription closed on December 16, 2011, OTP Bank announced on Wednesday.
OTP Bank said that its stake OTP Banka Slovensko grew to 98.94% from 98.82% as a result of the increase in registered capital.
