OTP Bank on Thursday said it raised registered capital at its unit in Serbia by RSD 495m (€4.76m) to RSD 7.148bn.
The capital was raised through the issue of 10,000 ordinary shares.
OTP Bank’s ownership stake in unit rose to 92.6% from 92.1% as a result of the increase.
