The complex is scheduled to be completed in 2007, László Balogh, who manages the industrial park, told the paper. He added that, as a result of the investment, the number of workers at the base would increase to about 100.
Rhenus, which provides services to the Győr-based Hungarian unit of German carmaker Audi, has invested Ft 1.5 billion at its base to build a 5,700-square-meter warehouse at a 6.4-hectare site it bought in the park last year. Since July, Rhenus has employed 40 workers in two shifts, but a third shift will be added by year-end. Rhenus also provides services for the automotive industry suppliers Rehau of Germany and Plastal of Italy.
