The introduction of new energy bill designs that already reflect the government-mandated reduction in utility costs will be pushed back to April, the daily Népszava said. Energy firms queried by the paper said they only had 15 days to implement the completely new design that was to better emphasize the actuals costs consumers have to pay as well as the savings that the government measure entails. Others said that the Hungarian Energy Office also motioned changes to how an invoice should look, which also delays the process.
