A warehouse for feedstock and a research facility will also be built at the plant at an additional cost of Ft 800 million, mayor Lukács Karánsebesy told the paper. The town has already won a Ft 700 million EU grant to rehabilitate the site and convert it into an industrial park. The local council is also putting Ft 77 million of its own funding toward the project. Karánsebesy said several companies have expressed interest in setting up in the park.
