Foodpanda Rebranding as Foodora
The local unit of food delivery company Delivery Hero yesterday announced the rebranding of its Foodpanda business as Foodora in mid-April, according to napi.hu.
A name change campaign will be launched in May, Delivery Hero Hungary managing director Zoltán Radeczky said.
The company is making the name change in Austria, the Czech Republic, Scandinavia, and Slovakia, as well as in Hungary.
Here, Delivery Hero works with around 4,000 contracted delivery partners and more than 5,000 catering partners. It has a customer base of more than two million people.
The Hungarian business had a revenue of HUF 18 billion in 2021.
