Investment funds drew HUF 17.1 billion in fresh capital and had HUF 13.2 billion in yields in February.
Assets managed in open-ended securities funds, which account for 57.9% of all investment fund assets, fell 0.6%. Investors sold HUF 20 billion of units in the funds, but yields raised assets by HUF 6.5 billion.
Assets in public shares funds fell 3.3% to under HUF 400 billion. Withdrawals from the funds came to HUF 13.2 billion and they had a negative yield of almost HUF 0.5 billion.
Money market funds contracted 0.5% to HUF 1,376 billion. Investors sold HUF 11.2 billion of units but yields reached HUF 3.8 billion.
Assets in bond funds rose 1.1% to HUF 303 billion. The funds attracted HUF 1.2 billion in fresh capital and yields added more than HUF 2 billion to assets.
Assets in guaranteed funds edged up 0.3% to HUF 403 billion.
Assets in property funds inched up 0.4% to HUF 429 billion.
