Spindle and shaft maker Doherty Hungary on Friday inaugurated a HUF 300 million production hall at its base in Orosháza. European Union funding covered about one-third of the cost of the investment. The Doherty Group has invested €4 million at the base in Orosháza since 1998. Doherty Hungary had revenue of HUF 1.86 billion in 2012. The unit employs 133 people.
