Hungarian energy service company RFV is changing its name to E-Star and plans investments of €215 million by 2015, CEO Ákos Kassai said at a presentation on Monday.

The investments will raise EBITDA to €53 million in 2015, Kassai said. The company will finance 30% of the investments from its own resources and 70% from outside resources. RFV does not plan to pay a dividend in the coming years, he added.

Romania and Poland will be RFV’s biggest markets by the end of the period, Kassai said.
