Jenő Varga, CEO of Vectigalis, official liquidator of real estate developer Hungarian Tourism Holding MTH, has told major economic daily Napi Gazdaság that after having reached an agreement with Turisztika Hungária, the new owner of MTH, on further conditions for the operation of the airport in Sármellék (W Hungary), Vectigalis has again offered for sale the properties owned by Cape Clear Aviation Repülőtér Üzemeltető és Fejlesztő (CCA).
The more than 1,500 square meter passenger terminal building, the 480 square meter police building, the filling station, the service facilities and other assets are being offered exclusively in one package for an unchanged sum of HUF 1 billion. Bids must be submitted by September 12.
