Kecskemét will take center stage in German-Hungarian economic cooperation on Nov. 5, when business leaders, policymakers and experts from both countries come together for the German-Hungarian Business Forum 2026. Held under the motto “Reboot the Economy: New Partnerships. Stronger Value Creation. Greater Competitiveness,” the forum is one of the highlights of DUIHK’s fall program.

The agenda addresses some of the most pressing issues facing companies today: integrating Hungarian SMEs more closely into global supply chains, strengthening competitiveness, advancing digitalization, and developing vocational and continuing education.

At a time of profound global change, companies are under increasing pressure to adapt. At the same time, new opportunities are emerging for closer cooperation, innovation and sustainable growth. The forum will examine how German companies and Hungarian SMEs can work together strategically to deepen value creation, drive innovation and enhance competitiveness, and which concrete measures are needed at both the corporate and economic-policy level.

Knowledge that both people and machines understand: structured content management in the AI era. You’ve seen both intimidating walls of text that are a dread to comb through, and easy-to-digest articles that you can quickly scan to find what you’re looking for. For people and machines, content can be simple or hard to understand, depending on how it’s structured. This workshop, held in cooperation with one of the BCCH’s newest members, Lombiq Technologies, will explore how to build content, whether in knowledge-based articles, press releases, text documents, or even blog posts so they are easy to understand. You’ll learn some basic technical insights into how to structure text, how to discover, formalize, and enforce common patterns across documents, and how to make data reusable. This will help your human audience as well as search engines and AI tools consume your content, driving increased engagement and popularity, while reducing the level of effort required to keep your resources up-to-date. The presentation will be followed by a short Q&A session, and refreshments will be provided on-site free of charge for attendees.
