With more than 25 years of experience in the automotive industry, she also serves as a board member of the Hungarian Automotive Association, supporting the sector’s ongoing development.

The award was conferred by the President of Hungary and presented at an official ceremony at the Ministry for National Economy.

“I am honored to receive this recognition, which I see as a symbol of the responsibility and commitment that come with serving my country,” said Topolcsik.

Under her leadership, the company has overseen significant developments. In recent years, investments exceeding HUF 100 bln have been implemented at the Tatabánya plant, which employs nearly 1,200 people. The facility produces premium tyres in more than 230 different sizes, the majority of which are exported, primarily to European markets.

Thanks to these investments, the plant’s operations are now largely digitalised, while the facility’s electricity demand is covered 100% by renewable energy sources. The Tatabánya plant is an important part of Bridgestone’s European manufacturing network, and plays a significant role in the economic performance and employment of the region.
