The transaction covers 18 residential projects totaling 5,322 apartments in six major Polish cities (Warsaw, Kraków, Gdańsk, Wrocław, Łódź, and Poznań).
It will transfer ownership to Hamburg-based Vantage Development, part of the TAG Immobilien group. Resi4Rent is jointly owned by Echo Investment, Poland’s largest real estate developer, and an international investment fund represented by Griffin Capital Partners.
The agreement, signed on Aug. 16, is subject to approval by the Polish Competition Authority. Echo Investment will continue developing the remaining Resi4Rent portfolio.
The deal further consolidates Wing’s position as a key player in the Central European real estate market.
