Production of mining fell 29.5%, while output of utilities went down 20.6% on a yearly basis.
Meantime, production of manufacturing declined 7.3%.
On a monthly comparison basis, industrial production decreased 7.9% in April, following a 2.3% monthly increase in March.
Month-on-month, manufacturing fell the most by 8.9%.
