Dr. Marco Bulf was appointed director of the ICE-Italian Trade Promotion Agency (ITA), the mandate of which is to assist and facilitate Italian companies, particularly small and medium-sized enterprises on their way to foreign markets, according to a press release issued today.

Trade Analysts at ITA are able to help companies wishing to enter the Hungarian market with issues related to the distribution of products and can also provide businesses with up-to-date information and assistance.

Bulf has plans to commit all resources available to meet the needs of Italian companies interested in entering the Hungarian market.

He graduated in law, has significant experience within the organization, in particular in the area of the planning and evaluation of performance.

The ITAʼs aim is to improve cooperation with the Italian Chamber of Commerce for Hungary (CCIU), as the CCIU mainly assists Italian companies already present in Hungary and it has the necessary resources to support Italian companies exploring prospects in the country, the ITA said.

Upcoming ITA events include: Fair “Sirha” (Budapest, May 9 to 11) that features a delegation of 20 Italian companies, while at the end of the May the Italian Festival will showcase its “Made in Italy” component to promote excellence in various sectors, from food to fashion, to furniture, to automotive developments.
