Cultural and entertainment facilities in Hungary managed by TriGranit Management Corporation (TGM) reached record visitor numbers in 2014, the company announced today in a press release.

Budapest’s Westend City Center celebrated its 15th anniversary in 2014 and is still the number one shopping center in Hungary with more than 23 million visitors recorded last year, the press release said. TGM considers Westend a “real property management success story … underlined by the fact that 25 new brands opened and 59 lease renewals were concluded in 2014”.

The occupancy level in WestEnd City Center Offices increased from 89% in 2014 Q3 to 92% in Q4 2014. Millenium Offices, also managed by TGM, increased its occupancy rate from 73% to 100%, signing three large new lease agreements, and increasing the rental area of its tenant Morgan Stanley by 2,400 sqm.

“Our great results in both our shopping centers and offices in 2014 demonstrate our knowledge in the field of leasing, property and facility management and marketing. We opened businesses in the MENA region and China last year and opened TGM Consultants own office in Dubai and we won a significant assignment in Cairo. This was a further step in TGM’s expansion strategy,” said Philip Evans, CEO of TriGranit Management Corporation.
