Italian-Hungarian commercial relationships have been growing at a steady pace recently, Italyʼs Ambassador to Hungary Maria Assunta Accili said today at an event of consultancy firm ITL Group in Hungary hosted by the Lumas Budapest gallery, according to a press release.

Entitled “United by Passion for Enterprise: The Vision of our Future,” the friendly breakfast organized by the ITL Group in the well-known gallery in the heart of Budapest gave the opportunity to share a clear picture of the Italian presence in Hungary together with a complete view of the ITL Group’s latest developments, according to the press statement.

With over 2,950 companies producing turnover of EUR 4.2 billion and providing more than 26,000 jobs, the Italian presence in Hungary has been represented by a large variety of SMEs and consolidated by the long-lasting history of the biggest Italian groups in the country, the press statement noted.

Among new developments at the ITL Group are a complete rebranding, including new logos and websites, the creation of two new divisions named ITL Tax Advisor and ITL EU Finance, and the launch of a new platform called “economia.hu - Focus on Hungary,” an online magazine in Italian about the Hungarian economy and Italian-Hungarian relationships.

In his speech, Alessandro Farina, founder and managing director of the ITL Group, emphasized how the future of the group itself is connected to the growth of Italian businesses in the country and to the national economy. With nine divisions offering a wide range of services from accounting, tax advisory and audit, to HR, real estate, EU funding, marketing and legal assistance, the ITL Group is now more than ever a one-stop shop for international enterprises in Hungary, asserted Farina.
