White Raven Offering Oyster Bar

Food

White Raven Skybar & Lounge has partnered with Péter Szabó, oyster sommelier, to serve specially selected oysters with drink pairings.

White Raven Skybar & Lounge, the only skybar within the walls of Buda Castle, awaits its guests for its second season atop the Hilton Budapest. The bar's services and programs are built around the idea of appealing to all five senses..

In line with this concept, an oyster bar awaits the guests of the White Raven Skybar & Lounge every Wednesday, starting in August. On a weekly basis, on Wednesdays between 6-10 p.m., gourmet diners can indulge in the pleasures of the oyster bar, complete with, drink pairings and champagnes, overlooking the skyline of Budapest.

Szabó, who is the founder of the Osztriga-Sommelier (Oyster Sommelier) company, offers a presentation that gives guests an insight into the ritual of opening and eating oysters.

SUPPORT THE BUDAPEST BUSINESS JOURNAL

Producing journalism that is worthy of the name is a costly business. For 27 years, the publishers, editors and reporters of the Budapest Business Journal have striven to bring you business news that works, information that you can trust, that is factual, accurate and presented without fear or favor.
Newspaper organizations across the globe have struggled to find a business model that allows them to continue to excel, without compromising their ability to perform. Most recently, some have experimented with the idea of involving their most important stakeholders, their readers.
We would like to offer that same opportunity to our readers. We would like to invite you to help us deliver the quality business journalism you require. Hit our Support the BBJ button and you can choose the how much and how often you send us your contributions.
