Leadership Skills Also Essential for Mothers

In Hungary

Determination, conflict management, problem-solving ability and empathy are the main leadership qualities which are also essential as a mother, according to Yettel's recent national research conducted on the occasion of Mother's Day, writes profitline.hu.

The mobile service provider compared managerial competencies with the skills needed for motherhood, and it was also revealed that according to eight out of ten respondents, the skills learned while raising children can also be used in the workplace.

The research revealed that although domestic parents are equally decision-makers in financial matters, in relation to the organization and logistics of everyday life, such as paying bills, shopping, organizing family events, gatherings of friends, the picture is much more nuanced.

In these matters, women usually experience a greater responsibility.
