32nd Budapest Wine Festival Featuring South American Countries

Four countries from South America will present their wines as guests of honor at the 32nd Budapest Wine Festival, according to a press release sent to Hungary A.M.

It will await the public with wines from numerous Hungarian and international producers, gastronomic specialties, quizzes, master classes and other programs between September 7 and 10 on the terraces of the Budavári Palace.

Those interested can taste items from 12 wineries from Argentina, Brazil, Chile and Uruguay at the guests of honor stands.

South American gastronomy will also be presented at the Wine Festival, with dishes such as choritos (mussels) prepared in a variety of ways, ceviche made from fresh, raw fish, seasoned with chili and served in citrus leaves, and pescado frito (fried fish), as well as sandwiches with Chilean white sausage, chimichurri (a herb sauce for grilled meats) and Argentine beef.
