Egg industry asking for support from distributors
Hungarian egg producers and egg packers are asking distributors and traders to take part in maintaining Hungarian egg production, according to the Poultry Product Council, writes profitline.hu.

According to the Association of Hungarian Egg Hybrid Breeders and Egg Producers, domestic companies have been selling table eggs below cost for almost a year now.
According to the announcement, consumer prices would not change significantly with an average margin.
Distributors and traders could, therefore, support the egg sector by paying producers' work with prices.
