HR services provider Trenkwalder Hungary has announced the appointment of Balázs G. Nagy as general manager, according to a press release sent to the Budapest Business Journal.
With more than one and a half decades of management and business development experience, the newly appointed general manager has served as the president of the Hungarian Service and Outsourcing Association (HOA) since July 2017. In his new position, he named as priority tasks the further enhancement of Trenkwalderʼs complex service providing profile and the wide use of digital HR solutions.
The 39-year old expert previously headed Manpower Business Solutions Kft. for nearly eight years, during which he built the groupʼs branch business processes outsourcing business from scratch. In this position, he operated service and administration centers, managed the outsourcing of recruitment processes, and participated in relocating full operations from Western Europe to Hungary, and from here to Asia.
Prior to that, Nagy worked as a software development manager at Exact Software between 2003 and 2008, with his work involving workflow management and the development of various information processes.
"It is a great success that Balázs G. Nagy, a specialist with outstanding professional experience, will be at the helm of our Hungarian subsidiary," said Tamás Fehér, vice president of the Trenkwalder Group in Austria. "His person is a guarantee that Trenkwalder can further strengthen its leading role in Hungary by further exploiting market opportunities under his leadership."
Trenkwalder describes itself as one of Hungaryʼs leading personnel providers. In 2017, it was considered the third largest temporary work agency and the fourth largest recruitment agency. In addition, the firm has clinched market positions in leadership selection, payroll outsourcing, and rehabilitation employment consulting.
"I would like to continue the work that has begun in recent years in which Trenkwalder has taken significant steps towards complex personnel services," Nagy said. "My goal is to provide our customers with the widest possible range of cost-effective and efficient HR services. To achieve this, I will place great emphasis on digitization, the widest possible use of automation opportunities, and the introduction and development of forward-looking digital HR solutions."
