From this January onwards, Rita Hruska will be responsible for the marketing of international brands distributed by Dreher, such as Asahi, Pilsner Urquell, Kozel, HB, and Kingswood, the brewer told the Budapest Business Journal in a press release.
Hruska began her career at British American Tobacco, after obtaining a degree in marketing and economics from the International Business School, working on building premium brands and the introduction of several successful products, while also focusing on modern marketing solutions.
Afterwards, Hruska worked at coffee retailer Tchibo as brand manager, focusing on strengthening the market-leading position of the companyʼs most important product. She joined Zwack Unicum in 2009, first directing the Johnnie Walker brand before taking over the marketing team of the Unicum brand itself.
Over the course of her career at Zwack, she also represented international brands such as Moët & Chandon, Hennessy, Evian, Baileys, and Captain Morgan. In recent years, she was mostly responsible for the communications of Hungarian brands, as well as the introduction of new brands and product developments.
"Brands with a long-standing tradition have always been close to me," says Hruska. "At the 165-year old Dreher Brewery, we will enhance the recognition of our brands with innovation and experience-marketing, besides genuinely presenting the rich heritage."
