Ákos Mátés-Lányi has joined law firm Noerr’s Budapest practice as counsel and head of M&A/transactions, bringing 12 years of experience in his field, according to a press release sent to the Budapest Business Journal.
Working as a corporate M&A lawyer, Mátés-Lányi has built a professional reputation as a specialist advising in cross-border M&A, private equity and capital markets. He has more than 12 yearsʼ experience advising both domestic and international clients through working at international law firms including DLA Piper and, most recently, Kinstellar.

Mátés-Lányi is a member of the Budapest Bar and the ethics committee of the Hungarian Private Equity and Venture Capital Association (HVCA).
