The British Embassy will hold its third Brexit Town Hall meeting for U.K. nationals living in Hungary on Thursday, March 7, updating them on what they need to do to secure their status in Hungary following the U.K.’s departure from the European Union.

As previously, the event will include presentations by British Ambassador Iain Lindsay and Szabolcs Takács, Minister of State for EU Policies at the Prime Minister’s Office, as well as a Q&A session.

The event will take place at the Budapest Marriott Hotel, starting from 6 p.m., and is free of charge, but prior registration is required at the eventbrite.com page here.

Questions can be submitted in advance by March 1 in a private message or in a comment on the Embassyʼs Facebook page. Those unable to attend will be able to follow a live broadcast on the page.

SUPPORT THE BUDAPEST BUSINESS JOURNAL

Producing journalism that is worthy of the name is a costly business. For 27 years, the publishers, editors and reporters of the Budapest Business Journal have striven to bring you business news that works, information that you can trust, that is factual, accurate and presented without fear or favor.
Newspaper organizations across the globe have struggled to find a business model that allows them to continue to excel, without compromising their ability to perform. Most recently, some have experimented with the idea of involving their most important stakeholders, their readers.
We would like to offer that same opportunity to our readers. We would like to invite you to help us deliver the quality business journalism you require. Hit our Support the BBJ button and you can choose the how much and how often you send us your contributions.
