Ericsson Hungary relaunches free coach training for women

Ericsson Hungary is relaunching its free open coach training for women leaders this year, according to a press release issued yesterday. Participants in the training, which offers nine workshops, will be chosen through tenders.
During the program, the company plans to develop empathy, cooperation, consciousness and problem solving, as well as the coaching skills of participants.
Ericsson is aiming to raise the female ratio among its employees to 30% by 2020, the press release added.
The training is set to start in mid-October, and applications can be sent to the Hungarian branch by October 12.
