Orbán, Swiss president discuss economic cooperation

Hungary’s Prime Minister Viktor Orbán held talks with Didier Burkhalter, president of the Swiss Confederation, on the sidelines of the Asia-Europe Meeting in Milan today. The parties concluded that the economic cooperation of the two countries are problem-free, press chief of the prime minister’s office informed Hungarian news agency MTI.

The negotiations also touched upon the situation Ukraine. The prime minister highlighted Hungary's interest in a solution via peaceful negotiations, and voiced appreciation for the OSCE's mediating role, the press office said in a statement. Hungary’s foreign minister Péter Szijjártó was also present at the talks.
