The privately-owned Lipót spa (NW Hungary) is building a HUF 132m campground next to the baths, director Petra Pannonhalmi told MTI.

The campground will have 200-250 sites, Pannonhalmi said. At present, there are no commercial accommodations near the spa, she added.

The spa won a HUF 33m grant for the project.

The Lipót spa drew more than 100,000 visitors in the last season.
