Magyar Export-Import Bank and a consortium of three Hungarian commercial banks signed a contract to provide the local unit of Korean tyre maker Hankook with a €120 mln pre-financing credit line yesterday, Hungarian news agency MTI said.

Hankook will use the credit to expand production capacity at its base in Rácalmas, south of the capital. Boosting the export volume of the plant will add HUF 70 bln to domestic output, said Eximbank chief Roland Natran.
