Triholding is building a HUF 4.5 billion residential property in Király utca, in Budapestʼs central District VII, the property developer told Hungarian news agency MTI on Saturday.

The 105-home project, dubbed K40, will be inaugurated at the end of 2017.

Triholding is financing 70% of the investment with bank credit and the rest from its own resources. The developer bought the project property from the local council years earlier and puts its value at HUF 1.6-1.7 bln at present.

Triholding is also involved in preparations for a 100-home project in the same district and a 250-home project in District XIII.
