Hungarian-owned property developer Futureal group has leased 75% of the 24,400 square meters of office space in the €210 million Corvin Offices, part of Corvin Promenade, a big rehabilitation project in Budapest's District VIII, project manager János Berki said on Thursday.
From January, Garantiqa Credit Guarantee will move into 3,200 square meters of the new office space and printing company Ringier Hungary will take over 6,800 square meters, Berki said. A company in the healthcare business will move in as well, he said, declining to name the company.
Corvin Offices has some 34,000 square meters of retail space which has been taken up by France's Klepierre. Shops will first open in the space in the autumn of 2010.
