Vadim Repin to play in Hungary
Violin artist Vadim Repin is scheduled to play in Hungary’s Palace of Arts on February 2 accompanied by the Hungarian Virtuoso ensemble, according to a press release issued today.
Repin, starting to play the violin at the age of five, has been among the highest ranking violinists in the international world of music, the press statement claims.
At the February concert Repin is expected to perform Max Brunch: Violin Concerto no. 1 in G minor, and the audience will also enjoy several pieces of W. A. Mozart, conducted by Alexander Negrin. Figaro’s Wedding Overture will also be presented, as well as the symphonies in A major and G minor.
