Last logistics unit of Rozália Park let to Gimek

JLL assisted the landlord in the leasing of the last industrial unit at Rozália Park, to air treatment company Gimek Zrt. who let a 9,380 sqm standalone building, according to a press release issued by JLL today.

Rozália Park has a total leasable industrial area of 57,000 sqm and houses tenants primarily from the logistics sector. The park is located on the M1 highway in Biatorbágy and boasts excellent visibility and accessibility, according to the press release.

The new tenant, Gimek, is a manufacturer of air conditioning and air treatment systems.  

During the negotiations, the landlord handled all the tenantʼs requirements and executed major investments in the premises to accommodate the new tenants’ activities, the press release added.

JLL was the exclusive representative of Challenger Holding. Gimek Zrt. was represented by Colliers during the lease transactions, the press release added.
