ENKSZ customer service points launched
State secretary Zsuzsa Németh said that approximately 300 customer service points of Hungaryʼs First National Utilities Company (ENKSZ), which began operating yesterday, were launched today.
ENKSZ was recently established by the government to act as an efficient, predictable and cheap utilities provider. It is entering the gas market first by partnering with state-owned Főgáz, and will later launch on the electricity and district heating markets, Hungarian news agency MTI noted.
ENKSZ chairman-CEO Péter Horváth said Főgáz would service more than half of Hungarian homes by the end of this year.
