New CEE e-commerce news site launches

Retail

A news site focusing on the CEE region and reporting on e-commerce and online retail, dee-tail.com, has been launched recently, the publishers have told the Budapest Business Journal.

The site aims at encouraging businesses in Central Europe to expand, and innovate by reporting on trends, the future of e-commerce, and also bringing case studies to its audience.

According to dee-tail.com, the site will feature articles focusing on the larger picture, as well as investigating the features and specifics of certain markets.

"We are aiming for ad-free, clear, easy-to-comprehend content with a futuristic twist," says Pavla Lokajova, one of the projectĘĽs founders and the websiteĘĽs editor-in-chief.

Dee-tail.com is powered by two companies operating in multiple European markets: Expando and Dataweps. The former helps businesses grow globally through multichannel expansion, as well as providing software and advisory services. The latter develops and applies data and automation tools for online retail firms to survive and thrive in  competitive markets through machine learning and AI.

SUPPORT THE BUDAPEST BUSINESS JOURNAL

Producing journalism that is worthy of the name is a costly business. For 27 years, the publishers, editors and reporters of the Budapest Business Journal have striven to bring you business news that works, information that you can trust, that is factual, accurate and presented without fear or favor.
Newspaper organizations across the globe have struggled to find a business model that allows them to continue to excel, without compromising their ability to perform. Most recently, some have experimented with the idea of involving their most important stakeholders, their readers.
We would like to offer that same opportunity to our readers. We would like to invite you to help us deliver the quality business journalism you require. Hit our Support the BBJ button and you can choose the how much and how often you send us your contributions.
