Párizsi Nagyáruház welcomes new tenant

Office Market

TulipánTündér Produkciós Non-Profit Kft. has found a new exhibition space in the historic Párizsi Nagyáruház building on downtown Andrássy út, where the tenant will occupy 1,600 square meters. In the transaction, real estate services firm JLL represented the landlord, Divatcsarnok Projekt Zrt.

The former seven-floor Divatcsarnok, at Andrássy Avenue 39, was renovated in 2007-2009 and regained its old splendor, says a press release sent to the Budapest Business Journal. The buildingʼs ground and first floor provide space for retailers, while there are office spaces on the upper floors.

TulipánTündér will occupy 1,600 sqm of the buildingʼs 6,800 sqm rentable space, where the Andrássy Theme Center will provide a continuous reception space for scientific, educational, entertainment and interactive exhibitions.

"Considering the past of Párizsi Nagyáruház, it is a real curiosity among the already historic buildings on Andrássy Avenue, therefore it is an exceptional joy for us that we can take part in leasing the building," said László Fülöp, senior consultant at JLL.

"The profile of the tenant, TulipánTündér Produkciós Non-Profit Kft., also perfectly suits the location; it is important for the planned cultural exhibitions that the place is easily accessible and popular among visitors," added Fülöp.
