NIPÜFʼs Hatvan project wins ‘Warehouse BTS Project of the Year’

Awards

The National Industrial Park Management and Development Company (NIPÜF) announced that its 60,000 square-meter Hatvan logistics center won the "Warehouse BTS Project of the Year" award at EuropaPropertyʼs second-ever Budapest gala, according to a press release sent to the Budapest Business Journal.

EuropaProperty.comʼs "2nd Annual CRE Awards" gala was held on January 17, with a 30-person international panel of experts picking winners in a total of 20 categories. In order to ensure the eventʼs fairness, the whole decision-making process was monitored by Big Four advisory company EY.

The 60,000 sqm Hatvan project will function as Boschʼs CEE strategic distribution center. The center incorporates several solutions unique to the Hungarian market, such as a ware transportation system connecting to the neighboring manufacturing hall above a road.

"We are very glad that we managed to clinch the second high-prestige professional award over the course of our three-year existence," said Zsombor Török, CEO of NIPÜF. "I think that this does not only show the success of our colleagues, but is also an important feedback from the market, that NIPÜF is a significant factor on the domestic real estate market."
