Awards

Real estate investment management firm JLL has been awarded the title of “Investment deal of the year 2016” by Portfolio.hu at the annual Property Investment Forum conference, according to a press statement sent to the Budapest Business Journal.

This is the third consecutive year that JLL has received the coveted award. JLL represented Heitman and TriGránit in the sale of the Millennium City Center, acquired by CA Immo for EUR 175 million.

“2016 was a good year for the Hungarian real estate market which has now fully resurfaced to the limelight,” said Benjamin Perez-Ellischewitz, Head of Capital Markets at JLL. “The Millennium City Center transaction is the largest single-asset office transaction ever in Hungary and is an illustration of the confidence of core buyers in our market,” he added.
