GTC, advised by Dentons, acquires Váci Corridor property

Global Trade Centre S.A. (GTC), a CEE commercial real estate company based in Poland, has acquired 100% of a property located at Váci út 85, next to GTC Hungaryʼs Center Point Office Buildings, according to a press release sent to the Budapest Business Journal. Law firm Dentons advised the company in the process.

The acquired property is located on the Váci Corridor, where GTC is soon set to start the development of the Center Point 3 office building. It will offer additional gross leasable office and commercial space of around 35,000 square meters to the current space of the Center Point Office Buildings.
