Futureal Group developing ambitious Budapest office project

Office Market

Futureal Group says it is developing its biggest office project in Budapest, next to Hungary’s largest multimodal transportation hub. The first phase of the WELL Building "Platinum" pre-certified complex, designed as a ribbon building, will be inaugurated next year.

Budapest ONE Business Park is under construction at the meeting point of Metro line 4 with direct access to Downtown Budapest, a national/international railway station and the M1 and M7 highways that lead towards Austria and Croatia, respectively. Travelers arriving from the west by train, car or bus will be greeted by the office complex.

The first phase of Budapest ONE, with a total gross leasable area of 65,400 square meters, will provide nearly 25,000 sqm of office and 2,600 sqm of commercial and service space.

Budapest ONE is being built in an area that is not only close to the city center but that can be accessed in 40 minutes from the south suburban areas and the nearby bigger cities.

According to some estimations, nearly 165,000 people use the Kelenföld terminal of Metro line 4, the railway station and the bus station every day at this district of Budapest, known as Őrmező.

Restaurants, cafés, ATMs, a post office, a grocery shop, a hairdressers and a cleaner will all be located on the ground level of Budapest ONE. The Etele Plaza shopping and entertainment center, which will be located a few minutes’ walks from the office building, will also provide entertainment opportunities once it is built.
