Eaton Enterprises moving to Krisztina Palace

Cushman & Wakefield in its exclusive representation of Union Investment has successfully secured 2,300 sqm of office space at Krisztina Palace office building in Budapest for Eaton Enterprise, which said it will open a new Business Service Center, according to an announcement issued today.

As a result of the new transaction, Krisztina Palace is now more than 73% occupied with tenants such as  Emirates, Mazars, Deutsche Leasing, Granit Agriculture and Johnson & Johnson, the announcement added.

The 18,000 sqm A category Krisztina Palace is located near the Déli Railway Station and motorways M1 and M7. Approximately 4,500 sqm of office and retail space is still available at the property, split over several floors.
