Buddha Bar opens in Váci Greens D, building 100% let
Real estate advisory firm Cushman & Wakefield has contributed to Buddha Original Sushi & Wok Bar opening a 289 square-meter restaurant at Atenor’s development, the fully let Váci Greens building D in Budapest, according to a press release sent to the Budapest Business Journal.
Buddha Original Sushi & Wok Bar is now open, as part of the new concept created by Atenor. The concept features a "food court" on the approximately 1,500 sqm ground floor area, with a green passage and terraces connecting Váci út and Bence utca.
"We are proud that a such a high-quality service provider is contributing to make the in-house services of the office campus even more colorful and prestigious," said Nikolett Püschl, development and leasing manager at Atenor.
"The Váci Greens office complex is an extremely sought-after office location in Budapest’s fastest-developing office submarket," noted Tamara Szántó, partner and head of Office Agency at Cushman & Wakefield in Budapest. "We are happy to be part of the success and we are confident that the new buildings will lease up quickly."
Currently, the 15,647 sqm building D of the Váci Greens complex is fully let. All completed buildings in the complex are completely let to international tenants. Buildings E and F are under construction and will offer an additional 50,000 sqm of "A+" category office space. Services within the complex include cafés, restaurants, a medical center, hair salon, and bank branch.
Upon completion the complex will offer a total 130,000 sqm office area in six buildings located on the Váci corridor, playing a significant role in the business revitalization of the district.
The tenants of Váci Greens currently employ close to 6,400 people. After completion of the pending construction, the campus will be able to host almost 12,000 people, noted the press release.
